A major highlight of their local impact is the annual Holiday Smile Cookie campaign; in late 2025, locations across Durham raised over $103,000 for Feed the Need in Durham, providing the equivalent of more than 300,000 meals for food-insecure neighbors. Additionally, the region’s restaurants are key contributors to Tim Hortons Foundation Camps, sending local youth from lower-income families to life-changing leadership programs at no cost.
