Established in 2017, this family-owned operation has transformed over 90 acres of historic farmland into one of Canada’s largest collections of heritage heirloom apple varieties, revitalizing the agricultural legacy of the local “Slab Town” hamlet. The facility features a rustic Ciderhouse & Eatery known for its farm-to-table menu, highlighted by wood-fired pizzas and seasonal dishes made with ingredients sourced directly from their garden.
