Durham Continuing Education (DCE) is the adult and continuing education division of the Durham District School Board (DDSB), headquartered at the historic E.A. Lovell School in downtown Oshawa. Serving learners across the Durham Region, DCE provides flexible educational pathways for both adults and youth, including adult high school credit courses, skills upgrading, and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs.
